On 31st December 2023, URBANICE Malaysia Urban Innovation team conducted an introduction session for the Komuniti Hab program and engaged with the residents of PPR Batu Muda.

A total of 53 residents participated, sharing their suggestions and opinions.

Among the topics discussed were:

• Previous programs conducted in PPR Batu Muda
• Desired programs for the future
• Placement of the Komuniti Hab
• Essential features for the KomHab
• Programs to be organized under the Komuniti Hab initiative
• Types of plants for the garden and Cloud Kitchen program.

The Komuniti Hab is a special project under URBANICE Malaysia is an initiative to improve the quality of life to create healthier, happier and productive communities through an intervention of providing a flexible space that functions according to the specific needs of the local community and the facilities provided are tailored to the interests of the community. It empowers local communities to be more prosperous and inclusive in line with the National Community Policy and Sustainable Agenda 2030.
